JO - Restorative Balanced Moves

1:30pm - 2:15pm
This weekly class for men and women integrates rhythmic and mindful movement, conscious breathing and guided relaxation. The class is facilitated by an occupational therapist trained and skilled in instruction participants through gentle movements designed to improve energy, strength and mobility, improved coordination and build endurance at any stage of cancer recovery. Participants will learn and practice movements that focus on the whole body, using a systemic movement format that combines elements of yoga, the NIA technique and Tai Chi.

This class will be offered weekly.
