Move your body…move into your life…with awareness, gentleness, playfulness, grace, passion, and truth! This program of movement and support will nurture your body, mind, emotions and spirit! Designed especially for those in all stages of recovery from cancer, these sessions will “meet you and your energy level where you are” and will awaken your senses, expand your energy, rejuvenate, and relax your body/mind. Each session will include gentle movement, supportive group interaction, and guided relaxation.
